Order questions

The questions that come up once an order is already running, answered briefly.

My deposit has not appeared

Check your own wallet for the transaction and its confirmation count first. If it is progressing, the payment exists and the platform has not credited it yet. Do not send a second payment.

The order says underpaid

Your wallet subtracted the network fee from the figure you entered instead of adding it. Raise it with the order reference and the exact amount sent rather than sending again.

How long before a package is late

Handling time plus transit plus however long your payment took to confirm. Past the slow end of all three with no communication is the point to message, and past that with no reply is the point to dispute.

The vendor asked me to release early

Decline. It is a standing rule rather than an accusation, because an honest request and a fraudulent one are identical from your side.

Should I dispute or wait

Dispute, if the automatic release is approaching. A dispute pauses the clock and can be withdrawn if the package turns up. An expiry cannot be undone.

The vendor offered a partial refund

Usually worth accepting when something did arrive. Arbitration weighs proportionality, so a reasonable settlement now often beats a maximal claim later.

Can I get feedback removed

Generally not, and asking a buyer to remove it in exchange for something is a request worth declining. Reply to it instead, which is visible and does not require anybody to pretend.

When should I withdraw

When the order closes. A balance between orders is in no contract and is the money most commonly lost.

If your question is not here

The lifecycle page covers what happens at each stage and which ones still have room to act. The dispute page covers how to write one. The withdrawals page covers why a balance is the money most commonly lost, which is the answer to more questions than people expect.
